If you’re like me, and God knows that’s a paradox the space-time continuum can’t handle, you like to record as many shows as possible in HD. Unfortunately, unless you’ve outfitted your system with over a Terabyte of storage, you’re going to run out of space very quickly saving all those HD shows on your Media Center. Luckily, those recordings can be compressed from the bloated MPEG-2 format into a more svelte HD codec. The only question is which format to use? Well, Mike Baggaley at Den Guru gives us his answer in his latest article.
