Sony NAS-M7HD NetJuke - A Network Music Powerhouse

Coming soon from the masters of proprietary technology - Sony - is their foray into the Digital Music Jukebox arena, the NAS-M7HD (via Engadget). Sony bashing aside, the NetJuke sports some pretty impressive features. The unit sports a 40GB harddrive, USB support, Memory Stick Duo slot, a built-in MiniDisc slot (MiniDisc lives!) and an ethernet connection. The device is also capable of copying songs to portable audio players, the PSP and Sony’s line of Network Walkmans.
Most impressive, though, is the 4.3 inch color LCD. Using the LCD, users can view information on currently playing music, tune the FM tuner, and purchase CD’s (presumably through Sony’s online store). As of today, pricing and release date are unavailable.
