Junxion Box - Cellular Data Access Wi-Fi Router

Many mobile warriors, who pay outrageously high monthly service fees for high-speed cellular data access for their laptop or PDA, have fantasized about adding a Wi-Fi router to the mix that would provide Internet access to a variety of devices and computers using a single PCMCIA network card. Recently, a company going by the name of Junxion, has brought to market the Junxion Box (retail $699), a device that claims to support various cellular modems from Cingular, Sprint, Verizon, and others. In addition, the Junxion Box enables common file sharing and network printing tasks. But as you can imagine, cellular companies aren’t too thrilled (via Gizmodo) about the Junxion Box redistributing their data to multiple parties. But then again, neither were cable and DSL providers when Wi-Fi routers started filling the shelves.
