An Actual ‘Boxee Box’ Coming Soon

Like other outlets this morning we received notice that Boxee will soon have a dedicated hardware device that users will be able to buy to bring the Boxee experience to their TV. No specification details or estimated price were provided on the Boxee Blog, but they say a mockup will be shown on December 7, 2009 during the software unveiling of Boxee Beta in NY. The blog post also confirms that Boxee is in talks with CE companies “to enhance their Connected devices” and bring Boxee to network enabled TVs, game consoles, set-top boxes, and Blu-ray players.
