Unofficial BBC iPlayer Add-In for Windows Vista Media Center Released

This news will probably excite those living in the UK more than anybody else, but Martin Millmore (aka MilliSoft) has just announced the availability of his new BBC iPlayer VMC Add-In that’s essentially a hack that scrapes the iPlayer website to grab data and transform it into something that media center can use for navigation and playback. Martin notes that the same procedure was recently used for the PS3 after BBC recently enabled the iPlayer for the Wii. [via]
