  1. The Olive Opus No. 4 is not even shipping yet. I ordered one over a moth ago. They did not even bother to tell me they were not in production yet. Imagine my surprise two weeks later when the said it would be mid May before shipping. Today they told me mid-June because of software issues. And to make matters worse they never contacted me to tell me that it was delayed. I almost paid extra for 2-day delivery. What kind of company is this? I am buying an $1800 disc drive and they cannot even deliver moderate customer service. I canceled my order today.
