The AVerTV Hybrid Volar MAX is a USB Hybrid TV tuner stick combining NTSC, ATSC and QAM capabilities onto one tuner. Does this unit decode FM HD radio channels? Does this include over the air FM or cable FM or both? Another product I am using finds cable FM radio channels but they are locked in the QAM mode.
