MCSAITE USB Wireless Slim Keyboard + Touch Pad

MCSAITE USB Wireless Slim Keyboard + Touch Pad

Here’s a wireless keyboard that might whet the appetite of a few HTPC enthusiasts out there. An e-tailer called USB.Brando has imported an attractive slim wireless keyboard from Asia (MSRP $57) that features an integrated two button touch pad similar to one you’d find on a laptop. The keyboard comes equipped with 88 standard keys, 11 programmable media hot keys, and is powered by 4 x AA batteries. The keyboard supports Windows XP, ME, 2000, Vista and weighs in at 1.22 lbs. Unfortunately there are no details on range or the technology it uses to transmit its signal, but comparing to similar models, it’s most likely using 2.4Ghz RF. [via]

I recently purchased the McsaiteJME-8237B USB keyboard and mouse. Took forever to get it and when I did the USB transmitter/receiver for the keyboard was missing from the contents. Not happy with this manufacturer at all - I've tried to contact them, but they are located in China and there was no packing slip or contact information, either in the package or on the shipping label. In toher words this thing is useless to me.......
