Seven Options to Listen to Pandora Internet Radio Without a Web Browser

If you’ve ever used Pandora, you know how cool it can be to customize music “stations” to what musical tastes you like. You can quickly find out about music that closely matches music you already know and love. The only downside? Pandora requires an internet browser. However, the good folks at Download Squad have assembled a list of 7 different applications that will get you access to your Pandora stations without having to fire-up IE, Firefox or Safari first.
The solutions available run the gamut from feature rich but memory hogs, to having a tiny footprint with limited functionality. Mac users may be interested in the Pandora Dashboard Widget, even though it’s reported to use hundreds of megabytes of memory when running. Alternately, PandoraBoy lets you use global hotkeys, Apple Scripts or the Apple Remote. Windows users have quite a few solutions as well in the form of Pandora’s Box and Pandora Browse.
