Stream Tunes with Remote iTunes Buddies via Simplify Media

How does sharing your iTunes music library and streaming music from up to 30 trusted friends sound to you? Cool, I thought so (via TUAW). To get started, download yourself a copy of Simplify Media to your Mac OS X or Windows XP PC (support for Windows Vista OS and Windows Media Player, Winamp coming soon) and add your friends by username from the Simplify Media online Media List or shoot them an invite to join the ad supported free service. The best part: it’s legal (since it’s a friend-to-friend private group) and requires no additional configuration to iTunes or your home firewall settings.
