Beyonwiz DP-S1 Dual HD Tuner PVR / DVD Player / Media Streamer Launches in Australia

Okay, it’s official. Australia now has a gadget that the rest of the world is envious of. The Beyonwiz DP-S1 is an amazing do-it-all unit that offers a 200GB dual HD tuner PVR (compatible with IceTV’s programming guide of Australia), an upconverting DVD player, and support for media streaming over a home network, from an external USB drive, or flash-based memory card. The company also plans to make the DP-S1 compatible with Microsoft DRM-wrapped content from premium online partners. The DP-S1 will retail for $1,599 (via iTWire).
