How-To: Setup Your Linux Desktop to Function As a Network PDF Printer

adobe pdf logoLinux.com has posted an excellent how-to that covers everything you need to add PDF print support to your Linux Desktop (or Server), as well as, what config settings you need to tweak in CUPS so that other network Windows PCs can print to your new virtual PDF printer. Note: all files sent to the virtual PDF printer will be stored on the Linux box, but can be easily be retrieved if you have network sharing setup. As you can imagine, the possibilities on how you can use this function are limitless. But the best part, you don’t have to pay Adobe a single dime for the privilege (via Digg).
