WebGuide4 for Windows Media Center Adds Live TV Streaming

Wow. WebGuide4 just got a whole lot better – not that it wasn’t amazing enough already. Doug Berrett has added live TV streaming [FAQ] and options for creating custom streaming profiles for optimal throughput, be it on the home LAN or over the Internet. Full list of new features below.
New features include:
- Web-based DVR functionality – pause, play and skip through the program – including live TV
- Join a recording in progress or start your own
- Familiar interface – see where you are and how much of the recording is available
- Configurable streaming profiles to fit your setup
- Shares a tuner with MediaCenter – you can even watch what Media Center is watching
- Stream to PocketPC or Windows Smartphone
