winbook jiv mini mceFor anyone that regularly reads PC Magazine, the term “perfect” rarely comes up and deservedly so. So few products ever hit the goldmine of pricing, styling and functionality. And from a company whose name is not Sony, HP or Dell no less. MORE »

tivo logoToday TiVo announced that they have officially launched an Audience Research and Measurement Division that will offer advertisers and agenices “for the first time, second-by-second data and analysis on DVR viewing of advertising content.” So, does this mean TiVo will now drop monthly subscription rates with their new revenue stream?
