New Harmony Automation Plugin for MCE to Provide Scenes, Events, and Macros

Simply Automate tipped off Automated Home UK that a new Harmony Automation Server plugin for MCE is in the pipeline for release in the next few weeks. Below is an excerpt of that message:
I would like to bring to your attention a new forthcoming Windows Media Center plug-in for Harmony Home Automation Server. The plug-in has been designed from the ground up improving vastly on the 1st Plug-in.
New Features of “My Home” include:
- Ability to load Scenes, access Events, Macros and other Harmony Settings.
- The ability to dim lighting with the MCE remote.
- Fully scalable to work with any screen resolution, standard or widescreen.
- The plug-in also allows use of the viewport facility in MCE.
The intelligent software learns which devices and rooms are used most often and displays them in the new Quick View home screen.
Who’s this plugin geared toward? All home automation users who want to manage their system via their Media Center PC, specifically advanced users who know how to create custom macro functions to manage X10 devices and want to readily activate them via TV/remote.
