Windows Media Player 11 Preview

microsoft wmp11 preview screenshotIf you’re interested in seeing how Windows Media Player 11 is shaping up for Windows Vista, Sean Alexander has posted a high-resolution screenshot of the user-interface. Sean says: “Again, this is actual work-in progress and shows the latest thinking. Feel free to post your feedback here and I’ll pass it along to the rest of the team.” My take: WMP 11 is off to a good start, but I think what catches my attention initially is the “windowing” environment (very candy like) than the actual layout. However, after closer inspection, the UI does look better integrated with info and graphics, and thankfully, they have decided to remove the multiple scroll frames.
