Whirlpool’s Concept Flat Screen TV Microwave Combo

This is nuts, but strangely appealing. HGTV recently had an episode showcasing Whirlpool’s latest concept Microwave / TV (via Trendir). The idea is that you can watch TV on the Micowave’s built-in front door screen, or if you have something cooking inside, switch to its internal camera to see how your food is shaping up. My suggestion is why not take it a step further and add Internet connectivity and pop a detachable keyboard on the underside – this definitely beats a dinky refrigerator display.
