Telly MC800 Home Entertainment Server

Telly MC800 Home Entertainment ServerInteract-TV, the maker of the Linux-based Telly MC1000 Home Entertainment Server, will soon be launching (possibly by Dec. 8th) the new, more compact Telly MC800 model–$749 base price. Besides the obvious reduction in size (measuring 15-inches wide by 4.5-inches high by 11.5-inches deep), the MC800 has also been optimized for lower noise output–making it ideal for most rooms in the house. Furthermore, the Telly MC800, like its predecessor, can be custom configured online and is upgradeable to meet your future needs.

Feature Highlights:
Digital Video Recording (with a subscription-free TV programing guide)
CD/DVD playback + CD ripping/burning
DVD ripping/MPEG-4 encoding/burning (available Feb. 2004 in Version 3.0)
Media “jukebox” functionality
Internet updated weather, financial, and movie listings

* Buy direct from Interact-TV
